You guys are ****ming me now!

I am very disappointed with how Rain careless about people experiencing downfall in their lives not sense of empathy whatsoever!! We made an agreement that I pay the negotiated money and I get to have access to the internet,and if I don't pay they close it off FINE!! My contract ended and I was at my lowest which I still am to such an extent that I can't afford Rain anymore and I declared to them that I am no longer working please close off the deal,will let you know once I get back on my feet so they did and I couldn't get access to the internet as it was closed.All of a sudden I owe them R2000 some change for something I wasn't using? How can I have access to the internet without making any payment...This is nonsense because you keep sending me sms's to pay for something you guys closed long time ago this is really ****ing me off.
