Rain Network Review – Useless Service & Zero Competence

It’s beyond ironic that Rain’s WiFi stops working whenever it actually rains, but that’s just the start. The SIM card they provided never had network, making it completely useless.

I reached out via email and WhatsApp multiple times before finally deciding to cancel, yet I never received a response. The only time I got any reply was after contacting them on Facebook, and even then, the answer was always the same—they claimed they couldn’t reach me via call. Funny enough, I never even received a call in the first place. Despite my repeated requests, they refused to communicate via email or any other proper channel.

To make matters worse, after I had already paid for a full month, they informed me my network would be canceled two weeks early. Absolutely unacceptable.

I will not recommend Rain to anyone. The network is unreliable, their service is pathetic, and their ability to resolve issues is nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and go with a provider that actually values its customers.
