You cant cancel Rain 5G anymore.

I recently moved to an area with only 4G coverage. I'm trying to cancel my 5G sim, as I have already ordered a new 4G sim. The Rain support website indicated that I should send an email or phone the support number. No one is picking up the support number, and I got a reply from the email address to say that they will not be responding to that email address anymore.

What now?? I know it is lockdown and we are all struggling, but this is supposed to be a monthly contract that I should be able to cancel? I'm already paying double this month!
