You can never cancel Rain subscription.

Rain agents only call to retrain a customer or need you to make payment. They don’t care whatsoever if you have service or not. I have been using rain for the past 3years however the service and customer support I am receiving now because I don’t get network connection at all anymore is beyond frustrating. They don’t give you an option to cancel your subscription and even when you call agents don’t care to answer. You stay on the line for over 39mins without help. When they call because they want and you talk about your issue they don’t care. One agent named Lulama in the sales department said he will help however he is not replying my emails anymore. They keep trying to debit without cancellation or network connection. They never keep their promises with delivery or restoring the service you pay for. The website isn’t user friendly at all because it doesn’t allow you to cancel subscription and there motto is that “no contracts and you can cancel anytime”
