You can 'cancel anytime' - BIG LIE

If you are signing up to Rain with the belief that you can 'cancel anytime' please beware. In order to cancel anytime, you actually have to have someone reply to your requests to cancel, have them call you back, and action your request. Due to their phone lines not working I logged onto my online profile and tried to cancel from there only to be sent an automated message that I would be contacted. That was almost a week ago. Follow up again online - same message. Called today and spoke to an agent who told me that because I have 5G I will have to wait for someone to call me back to action my request to cancel. Wow. So I'm paying for almost an entire additional week that I don't want, and didn't need under the lie fed to me when I signed up that I can 'cancel anytime'. So for the agent who does eventually call me, I consider the day on which I first tried to contact you to cancel as the last day for which I will be charged. I almost gave you two stars as signing up was easy peasy and the wifi worked well whilst I had it. Pity you don't treat us nicely after we sign up...so disappointed. Could have been a positive story.
