You About to Apply for a Headache, Don't go that route

Rain is the worst Internet Service provider one could ever use. Don't go that route, especially if you work from home, the service is very bad, turn around time is ridiculous and the network quality is awful to say the least, towers are always congested especially during the day. If you work from home and are using rain for Voip calls, you'll regret ever signing up for their packages. I use the unlimited home package which roughly costs me R700 a month, I struggle constantly with the network quality, Voip calls are inaudible and the call quality is beyond the word awful, further more their billing structure is utterly nonesense. I paid for my subscription in full and half way through the month, I was magically in areas and my service was terminated whilst my family and I were catching on the paid for streaming, video on demand service that we use. I'm up to the neck with Rain!!! you complain, they take forever to get back to you, furthermore when they dispatch their technicians, there's no resolution to your problems, they simply tell you their towers are congested because more people are now using their service, I forsee another "telkom" with Rain, started off very well but the apple has rotten before its prime, I still don't understand how you set your heart on expanding to a vast client base but you don't implement the necessary infrastructure to accommodate the numbers, this is my last month with them, they can kiss my subscription goodbye, I'm actively looking for a new Internet Service Provider. I so wish the Fibre rollout with openserve was a whole lot faster, might even settled for an uncapped naked dsl line at 40Mbps, clearly this lte nonesense doesn't work. 5G my @$§

Reviewer Update
The customer service at Rain is really starting to get on my last nerve, my service was terminated on Thursday evening at around 22H00, I logged a complaint the very same hour and to my surprise my service was restored on Friday morning before I even Called, I did however call to find out what the problem was and I was told by your agents my service is not suspended, when I tried explaining to the lady she hung up. Today my service has been terminated again and my WiFi is down, my rain account reflects that I owe you guys R157, 84 after having paid R769. 00 on the 25th of January 2021. The additional R69, 00 was said to be arreas because I hadn't paid the service over the December period and we'll I didn't mind because I wasn't around Pretoria and I had absolutely no use for the service, so I figured oh well it makes sense and I settled the amount you requested, now half way through the month of February 10 days before my next payment date, the service has been terminated twice in 3 days and yet nobody can give me a valid reason as to why my account is arreas, I've sent countless emails, I've logged numerous tickets through your online support service which clearly doesn't work because problems are never resolved but rather pushed aside and ignored and I'm enough now, I'm literally up to the neck with the service and you leave me no option but to cancel, the network quality is utterly awful for Voip, the reception quality is inconsistent and utterly nonesense, I'd rather take my business elsewhere because clearly Rain has more demand than they can supply. I'm canceling the service, please come fetch your router. Don't fix anything, don't call, don't escalate, just cancel the service and cone fetch your router, I'll sign up with one of your competitors.
