Yho!! 21st century internet mess. Pay for what you don't get.. *****!!!

So "Rain", how do you guys feel to get paid every month when you don't deliver on your part??? Huh?? I'm paying R479 a month but my internet is always off. 90% off then 10% slooooowly on... this is some kind of ***** or what? I wasn't supposed to sign up in the first place after reading numerous negative complaints from your customers. They funny part is you guys don't even attend to the complaints we make. Yhoo!!
