YET ANOTHER YEAR, SAME PROBLEM

I wrote a review on this platform September 2023 stating that I opened by account in 2020 during the national lockdown. I utilized the account for few months and stopped using the account due to the poor connectivity.

My account continued to be billed without my knowledge. Now in 2023 I have received a call from Easton Attorney's informing me that my account has been handed over for non payment. 3 years down the line. No communication about an outstanding amount. Not even in their portal. No email NOTHING.

Their debt collector agents have bad attitude and are not helpful. Called their support team and they too are not able to assist. Instead drop the call.

Very unhappy and disappointed. Would like someone to please assist me in resolving this issue.

To this day the first and last response received from Rain on this matter has been that posted on this site stating that they would attend to my complaint and be in contact with me. I continue to be harassed by the debt collectors who cant help or escalate them matter when I communicate with them.

CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY HELP
