yes there are ups and downs but they always get back to you when they get a chance and they make sure all the grievances that you have as a customer are looked onto...am happy to say they always help you when you need their help despite the time....l dd call in the morning regarding my network issue and the airtime finished while l was still explaining and guess what the lady by the name Enhle sorry to say your name wrong but she called me back and assisted me in a very good way and am happy my internet is working 100percent...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
