Rain is really up to ****.... I could not connect to my internet the whole day... I purchased the 5G unlimited package for R699... I been trying to get a hold of them the whole day and yet no response only emails saying we received your request and an agent will be in contact with u.... it's been 17 hours and nothing... I work from home and I took out the rain 5g thinking it would be better but no it's not I could not work the whole day... Now I do not know what to do... Rain better get their **** together soon
