Yes

I really want warn people to be careful if you want to join the Rain company, there service is very bad, they don't come back to you, I ask them to down level me in the Beginning of December 2023, they promise to do so and then 30 December they try to take R859.00 from my account, and not the R559.00 as promised. I going def cancel my subscription with them!!!! It cost me bank fees!!

Thank you I really want a month free internet for January otherwise I need to go to other provider, because this cost me now really a lot of hassles for something that was not my mistake. I await for your response.
