Yanga, the gentleman that was assisting me with completing my order, explained everything I had questions on, in a very articulate and helpful way and he helped me understand the difference between what I had thought initially was a “contract” and what Rain actually is(subscription). Area coverage-difference between my area which has 4G coverage and the fact that the deal I wanted was RainOne with 5G coverage. He was very helpful and patient with me as we had connection problems(I was on the road driving and our line kept cutting off.)
