Xenophobic RAIN
Xenophobic Rain agent. Never expected such sentiments from Rain agent. Reference number ***3. Train your staff to be professional. Also give all the information to your customers don't hide information. I am waiting for my refund. You have lost a potential customer because of poor customer service.

Exceptional service from Nteseng Soaratlhe and James Makgetlaneng. Its unfortunate you had to clean up the mess.
I believe if we get a few employees like Nteseng and James the face of Rain will change. James didn't know my issue but from the way he engaged with me , 10/10 Jimmy. He was willing to do business and Nteseng being on top of the matter. Communication 10/10, follow up 10/10, customer service 10/10, Humility 10/10 coordination 10/10..
