WRONGFUL DEBIT ORDER WITH NO REFUND FROM RAIN

Good day We app**** via the phone with Rain for a Wifi Router 5G 22/4/2024 Rain support group sent me an email stating that my profile was created successfully and the Wifi Router is on the way for delivery 22/4/2024 Debit order ayment R1 (Promotion deal) for April 2024 1/5/2024 Debit order payement R344 plus R251 (Free voucher Promotion deal) Total subscription R595 for May 2024 During this month we realized that the wifi signal if VERY poor and after several calls for support which was documented Rain itself informed us that 5G does not work in our area but 4G. Remember Rain did a signal strength test first and we were told that we must take the 5G router 3/6/2024 Ref nr: ***8, Time: 10:49 - I phoned Rain to cancel my subscription and they confirmed cancellation Ref nr: ***3, Time: 11:31 - I was informed that the debit order will be ceased immediately once the wifi router is received from the pickup couriers and handed over to Rain 6/6/2024 Ref nr: 298809, CCD COURIERS confirmed collecting the wifi router Now I do not have the router in my possession anymore and cancellation was confirmed from the couriers but still the debit order payment was made 1/7/2024 Debit order payment R148.75 plus R148.75 plus R297.50 = R595 8/7/2024 I phoned Rain to query wrongful payment, they did not even pickup I ended up - R100 airtime Ref nr: ***5 I requested a "Call back" NO ONE called back 16/7/2024 Ref nr: ***5 Eventually my call was answered by Aviwe, she could not assist me and said that her Team leader will phone me back - NO ONE CALLED Ref nr: ***6 I phoned again and spoke to Sia she informed me my query was sent to Billing for refund 6/8/2024 NO FEEDBACK FROM ANYONE, NO REFUND YET This is totally unacceptable !!!!!
