Wrong skins delivered,no help keep giving excuses
I received my rain home product's about an month ago.
The delivery guy brought everything but he delivered wrong skins, so i had multiple support tickets and everytime got excuses it still not resolved a month later begging and my issue ignored

25 May 2026, 05:00Very unhappy customer as my router has no skin on because of this. The last excuse was we escalated to tge department responsible and will provide feedback that was over a week ago RAIN is this what service your customer gets?
