Wrong Sim and Rica/Fica

I just took out a Rain subscription.....and had to wait 5 days for the router, sim etc...I am at home being Covid positive. I had to make major arrangements to have the fica doc printed and gave it to the guy. It was then established they gave me a wrong sim. They did not communicate further until I phoned today. I now have to AGAIN wait about 5 days for a new sim AND AGAIN try to arrange for someone to copy my fica docs. Why not use the focs previously given? Where are those docs floating around? Were they now used to rica someone else's sim.? They do not seem very upset about what happen or make any effort to minimize further inconvenience to me. If this is the start of my Rain experience, I am reconsidering joining *** and ***. Spoke to Nomkululeko today.
