Wrong Rain 5G Router!!!

i upgraded to the 5G and i was hoping to receive what was advertised ( A Huawei Router) but i received a ZTE router 5G!!! first of all its falls adverti*****t and secondly its freaking slow, we can't download/stream with 2 devices without a connection issue. so i called Rain support to complain and i was told nobody has ever complained about receiving a wrong product ???? i want a Huawei router product which i ordered not this ZTE, infact even an OPPO router would be better than this
