WRONG DEBIT DATE

I have not seen a useless company like Rain, I got debited on the date that was not agreed upon and the money that was not debited is not even mine and they are telling **** stories, RAIN I damn want my refund and 20th is not the debit date we agreed upon , how can you debit on the date that is not agreed UPON ? I want Rain Management to sort this out before I escalate it even further ...Is NOT a threat...
