Wrong amount
I had an upgrade for the basic plan for 499 one of the consultant that assist me made and arrangement for 699 which we didn’t agree upon so I called in on the 2 of May to downgrade to the basic plan for the 1st of June but they still wanted to debit 699 and now they say my account is over due I owe rain ?? How so ??
