Wronf billing

I bought rain for R479 4g. After 2 weeks in April I realised that it only works at night and during day there is no coverage. I called them and told them that Iam not getting coverage in 336 koeberg road In Milnerton so I wana cancel this. The whole may it was okey. Then boom today they make a card purchase with my card for R335,30 for this rain sim card.

Is it fair you guys debit for a purchase I canceled? Is it fair that u said it will work In my home and it did not ? There is no rain 4g coverage in 336 koeberg road Milnerton. Plz I need my money back ***

It was even waste of my money from start coz it did not give me wat u promised.
