Wow what a waste of ...

Wow what a waste of my time and money... I thought Rain was good internet services that they would practice customer first when they done with you to take their incompitent services after it's a different story... Rain agent failed to help me with their troubled service.... I received their router on the 3rd of October now it's the 9th of October me and my family have not watched TV ever since because the router keeps on saying there's no signal when I request them to call me they don't call... I end up using my money to call them and no help was given to me.. I'm so angry I curse the day I took this rain thingy
