Would not recommend Rain Internet to my worst enemy.

Absolutely useless! Firstly they misplaced my payment and then when the unit arrived it was faulty with a sim card which has yet to be RICA'd or activated (26 hours later). Impossible to contact Rain, so I now sit with a system which does not work and can not cancel. How do you cancel a sim card which has not been activated???
