Worts Customer service and delivery experience
Wife took the 5g option on the Rain website. Delivery guy pitched today and refuse to use statement with my details on confirming address for Rica. We married in community and wife stay with me. Contact Rain support worst then the delivery service. Customer service indicated will phone me back, biggest joke never took any detail not even my phone number. My wife have Rica her phone with Vodacom using my proof of residence and never had any issue. I worked through the vast amount of complains on this forum and shocking. Long and short get the router and 5g delivered by COB today and or cancel and refund today

I hope you have a team working after 17:00 with the amount of service failure going through this forum and get paid items delivered today and or refund. I will further ensure I escalate this to every single social platform ensuring everyone take note of you absolute pathetic service and ability to sort and issue. I will log it now on the rains website but expect it be sorted today
