Worst/Pathetic ISP in SA

Unhappy & frustrated, I would give Rain minus 10 stars.

I recently joined Rain and this is the worst ISP. I tried browsing which is extremely slow. It takes forever for a web page to open. Cannot stream it just buffers or cannot download, the speeds are extremely slow beyond putrid, this is the worse speeds . Speeds I am getting 2kbs to 50kbs which is the maximum when downloading.

Very frustrated and unhappy with Rains internet service. I have other ISP's but their speeds are not so slow like Rain's.

Please can someone urgently look into this, if not I will be cancelling my sim and stopping my payments to Rain. I have sent numerous e-mails to your support team but no one even cares. They ask for details but no one even bothers to get back to you. They provide you with a link which you cannot log into. I previously logged a complain but was told one of your agents will contact me. To date no one called. Rain is full of lies and empty promises.

I will not suggest this ISP to any of my family and friends.
