Worst wifi service. Stay away

If you thinking off getting rain. DONT, DONT DONT. Been almost 2 weeks where it works for an hour or 2 and stops. Submitted a ticket last week and still says pending. Communicated via email, apparently tower is down as they are busy maintenance. Same excuse they use use with all customers. I work from home and now no income for 2 weeks. To top it off I had to purchase data for my kids just touse there phone.
