Worst wifi service provider

Rain is the worst internet service, they don't even know how to structure their billing process. We paid to recieve wifi for the month June but we got disconnected before the month of May even ended. I sent in a complaint prior to the service being closed and they had advised that will look into it. Till today there's no response from them and this AI system.they use to log queries is not working as they don't resolve anything. They are avoiding confrontation regarding their service by using AI. I want to speak to an individual to list out my frustration and get issue solved but all you get is that stupid AI system of their. We don't even know if our queries are even being looked at.
