WORST WIFI SERVICE EVER

On 4 August 2023 a contract was entered into with Rain for WIFI and would the delivery be two to three days that became 3 to 5 days. The courier refused to deliver because the name they had for delivery was not the contract name because RAIN provided the incorrect name. After numerous calls to RAIN they refuse to assist to have the matter resolved. 24 Days later and the delivery has not taken place and RAIN personnel refuse to assist
