Worst Network In SA!

I haven’t had internet for 6 days now! I CALLED YOU 4 TIMES ALREADY N NO ASSISTANCE!! You support line takes 10 MINA to respond! I run a mobile business on the internet and I’ve lost so many potential clients!! I’m still going to lose more! The same thing happened in 2022 and you never credited me for that whole month where I didn’t have internet. You guys don’t take your customers seriously but have the nerve to increase the prices of your services.

Even worse since our business is affected by load shedding, you are just makin it WORSE!! NO CREDIT YOU CAN GIVE ME WILL REPLACE THE MONEY I’VE LOST!! I HONESTLY HATE YOUR NETWORK TO THE CORE NOW! Its so hard to hide it anymore!! You guys really need to be shut down completely!!

I’ve lost so much money and the only solution you have suggested is deducting an amount of the days I was without wifi. That is NOTHING compared to the money I’ve lost this past 6 days and counting! Something serious needs to be done coz I’m losing way too much here
