Worst WiFi customer service provider?????😡

Worst mobile service provider to even consider for your WiFi services. Very disappointing.

All you hear is “we are very sorry”. No solution. No escalations of customer complaints department. Who runs a business like that. I’ve been incorrectly billed for a router which I returned in store when I was forced to upgrade from the legacy router. Took the loop device with the worst network connection I’ve ever experienced. I’m constantly told to restart the device. Who has time to sit and do that?

Since November, it’s been case after case with no solution. Useless company. Once I get another service provider, I’m cancelling this nonsense.
