WORST WIFI COMPANY EVER!!!!
I would give them zero stars. If you like spending money on services you can't use and like struggling with then RAIN is the place to go. It is the most useless WIFI company I have come across in years. Their call centre personal are very unprofessional and they like making empty promises. I have so much to complain about RAIN but this space is not big enough!

15 Jan 2023, 10:52For the first money of starting to use RAIN WIFI I had no problems with signal it was working 100%,I was so happy with RAIN I even told my colleagues to get RAIN WIFI. From the 2nd month up until now I have been struggling endlessly with signal,I have called and emailed several times about my signal,I have moved the router everywhere I could still no signal. I have spend hundreds of rand calling and emailing complaing about my signal and the only excuse I keep hearing is that the towers are down and maintenance are working on the towers. Please explain to me how could they be fixing towers for the past 6 months day and night from Monday to Sunday. I am a dedicated client I pay my R530 every month for NOTHING because I can barely use my WIFI. It is ridiculous. The last time I called they said within 24 hours they will be calling me back with a reply on my complaint,I still have not received any call from anyone. I am SICK AND TIRED of complaining and absolutely nothing happens. I am behind with my studies because of my WIFI not working. I really don't know what to do anymore I am fed up!!!!!
