Worst Wifi

I called 5 agents , I am within a 1.5km radius of 3 5g Towers and I have purchased the Premium Wi-Fi however I get speeds of 3mbs . All the agents tell me is optimization is the key . I have pleaded for an agent to come and try resolve the matter however nobody has gotten back to me. Definetly will be considering terminating my 5g , Better to have fibre that is constant and at a lesser speed
