Worst than MTN service provider

Day 9 and a new Service Provider just as bad at MTN ..... #rain more than 7 days ago I pay for a service and I receive a SIM Card... and that’s all that’s where it ended ...with the services from #rain

Thinking this would be a good thing.. I was wrong firstly by paying up front for a service, then thinking it’s me not following instructions correct, 5 people can’t be wrong to understanding what is needed when joining a new service provider ! I would like refund as this has costed me spending the money I don’t have on data cause I do not have access to 4G un capped & paid for 8 days ago (fiber) in my area !

Not like you can speak to anyone you get a generic message response ! #Rain has gotten greedy #rainbadservices

I thought going with #rain would be better but I should has seen the amount of #compliments about how bad the service is , 1 person is not good referral of #rain Learn to research a service provider first!? Refund my money take you dead SIM card #rainbadservicesprovider
