Worst terrible service
I donknow what to do with rain anymore Payment made Thursday 29th at pep sent through pop but I'm disconnected rain is *****ing me over every month . My network is bad I have sent a request for a new router since the one I have might be problem but no responce ref ***0. Every month we go through this yet I get disconnected after payment is made I dnt know how to attach the pop here

Please note ccd couriers have made contact confirming delivery but they request a collection order for the old router. Please create and order so that on delivery they also collect the old gadget

I dnt knw what to say I asked for a router swap out and sim swaps and I get delivered just the sim cards. I work from home and the gadget I have doesn't work anymore how else should we request from Rain can I have a swap out of my router and send for a collection of the old router as well. Your service is pathetic
