Worst telecommunications service provider ever
This has been the WORST experience of my life. Ive been a rain customer now for 5 days and they activated the sim card on the wrong address. I tried calling the call center to no avail, i log tuckets on their app and to no avail. So i dont have any internet but yet i must pay a R1000 pm and for what!?
