WORST team leaders promise to call back and you will never receive call back

Only if the was option to rate 0, i called in January to request for sim swap as i lost my sim card, was told sim card will be delivered, today its the 17/04/2023 I have not received my sim card and i requested my subscription to be cancelled. I have been debited on each month iv bee calling and promised my subscription will be cancelled and credited

I called using my *** number and I spoke to Sanele from Cape Town who told me she was a manager but I believe she was a team leader and promised to escalate the enquiry and call me back after few hours, I did not get call back her and I was disappointed as I waited the whole day

On my rain online profile everything is greyed out I cant cancel my subscription, I just was my rain subscription cancelled and credited money they have been debiting since February
