Worst Support Service Ever!

I reported that the WIFI router is not working 5 days ago, and phoned the call centre more than 15 times in total. After calling for the 15th time somebody said that the sim card is not working and it will take 3 -5 working days to be delivered. Total time with no WIFI estimated is 10 days. My first question is, if they assisted me the first time that I called the problem would have been identified, and surely would have received the new sim card by now. Now I have to wait another 3-5 days for delivery. The second question is, why does Rain have only one number that you can call and they are not able to transfer to anybody? I have spoken to someone in Capetown, Johannesburg and India!! Wish I have never done business with Rain. I have had issues with other service providers in the past but Rain most definitely supersedes any bad experience I have ever had!
