Worst support

Most stupid support and their VOIP doesn't work when calling

I was at a client and all i wanted was the smtp settings for mail. Your staff couldn't even help me on this and your voip calls keep dropping or i just get shut off...

Not sure what that has anything to do with smtp settings for outlook mail. I am not at the client now... outgoing mails is not working and all i need is the smtp ougoing mail server details....

I informed the client to get a @Telkom sim card as his mail is @telkomsa.net mailbox . The smtp will then work. If your services continues being this bad.... you will lose a lot of clients
