Worst support ever. Over promise non-delivery.

Horrible service. So sad I paid them already. They so over promise and under deliver. Sure it is easy the sales people say. Get a sim for free they say. Activating it is easy they say. Same day activation they say. I am pretty sure my sim wont be active in the next month and I already paid for the data and wont be able to use it. Worst ever service. I logged over 30 tickets and I am still waiting for someone to call me. I am in frontline support for IT myself and if I would completely ignore my tickets for longer than an hour it would be my head rolling. Maybe that's it, they fired all their support agents.
