Worst support ever in history

Impossible to get any proper help and to cancel service.

I have been trying to get some help for the past 2 months to cancel my subscription for an old plan that rain do not offer anymore.

I paid up my last bill and then spoke to the bot and to human support to cancel.

However everyday they try to charge me. Which is costing me money as I made sure that account which is linked has no money in it as I already paid up my last bill. Also I am getting reminders via SMS and whatsapp every day to pay my bill again.

Because of the fact they are taking so long its now trying to charge me again.

Support keeps saying that its been escalated to the correct team as well but I have not received any proper help or support.

Please stay away from rain as a service provider. They have been providing the worst support I have ever encountered. Even worse than MWEB and other ISPs.
