Worst support and service ever
If I could give less that 1 satd I would !! No Human support available at all and I've waited over 2 months for support on my connection being unstable and the only option they have is to place my router facing a window ?? Absolute pathetic company overall, save yourself any type of struggles and rather use a mobile hotspot, you'll have better connection.

0 effort and as always trying to keep me in a loop when the issue is clearly not on my end as discussed over the phone numerous times
9 unresolved tickets that AI says is escalated but 0 human interaction and loops of worthless troubleshooting
Definitely not worth the time to go with this ISP.
