Worst Subscriber ever

I am not happy with the Service with Rain. WORST SUBSCRIBER EVER!!

We lived on a Plot in Benoni AH, we had a service tower on the premises and hardly ever had coverage, I complained about it numerous times, which was not sorted out, we moved to Dinwiddie and there it was even worse, I again complained numerous times, it was not sorted out, I cancelled our Rain subscription at the beginning of October 2022, Come November they still deducted the subscribed amount, we went with Fibre, as my son works for a Fibre Company, and now I owe Rain over R2000, it still has not been resolved or sorted out, they said I did not cancel my subscription, I got a reference number for my cancellation, I read all the reviews on Hello Peter and this one lady said she had the same problem, she had to cancel her Bank card just so that the amount would not go off. I have done the same. I received an email from Rain Support saying that they will be handing me over, because I did not cancel and my account is still active.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYBODY. SUPPORT DOES NOT COME BACK TO YOU, THEY SAY THAT THEY PHONED, BUT NO PHONE CALLS ON MY PHONE, ACCOUNTS CAN NOT SORT OUT THEIR INHOUSE SUPPORT, WHAT ABOUT A CUSTOMERS QUERY. WORST SUBSCRIBER EVER, NO BODY COMES BACK TO YOU.
