WORST speeds and customer service

This company promotes high internet speeds, but sadly it is but a fraction of what it should be. You pay large amounts monthly just for a few mbps of download speed and barely 1 mbps upload speed. DO NOT be fooled by their adverti*****ts! I have been struggling for over two months now with the internet speed. At first I thought it was due to loadshedding but so far we haven't had loadshedding in a long time and it is still the same or even worse. I keep logging ticket after ticket regarding the speeds but to no avail. It get sorted for about a day and then the speeds are bad again after one day. Definitely moving to a different ISP
