Worst Speed 0.10mbps from Rain

Very disappointed, after rectifying my first problem and giving a fantastic review. A new problem started from the 15/7/2020, I have been having endless internet problems, speed keeps fluctuating, last 4 days getting speeds of 0.10 to 0.80mbps. Ridiculous am I paying R479 so that I can't use the internet, really. I have reported my complain to Rain support, received 3 emails, telling me an agent will contact me, very poor customer service. Very disappointing. I can't understand why the speed keeps dropping so drastically. Have to wonder if Rain is not doing this on purpose.
