Worst Signal of my life

I have been using rain for about 3 years now. I was previously on the off-peak plan which was okay. I recently upgraded to the 5G unlimited plan about 2 months ago and have been having the worst service every single day. It doesn’t matter how many times I restart my router or disconnect and reconnect our devices, it never seems to work. At first I figured it might be the ****py weather, but even on days where there isn’t a cloud in the sky, the network is just as ****ty. I’ve even contacted Rain and I was told “ well I’m not sure why you’re experiencing this “ and was told to wait for feedback, which I still haven’t gotten almost a week later . What a joke lol . Save yourself the trouble and rather go for Vodacom or MTN . Rain is useless .
