Worst signal and after sale service in history....

I have been reporting signal issues for over 2 months now with absolutely no assistance from anyone. Every time I report I get told that my router is connecting to a tower over 4 km away when I have one less that 1km away. I cannot even stream a movie on 1 device. After numerous reports I was eventually contacted by their advanced team to tell me they would come out to assist. I did not even get a call back or a visit from the tech team as arranged. I get told I have this issue every time I report but still get no help. Rains service is terrible, and I will be cancelling my service with them.
