Worst Sevice EVER

WORST Service ever I am having trouble with my speed for my WiFi been contacting Rain eventually after weeks they arranged for a technician to come out unfortunately I was not available on the 25th and sent an email stating that I am available on the 26th at 15:00 even spoke to the technician yesterday morning it is now 26/01/2022 time is 15:56 and no show from Rain. My ref number for this case is #***0. They don't reply on your emails they don't get back to you I don't know what to do anymore.
