Worst services

Poor service from Rain. I moved to a new area 1st of April and since then I get about 0.1-0.9mbps upload, if I'm lucky, about 2mbps - I have a 4g sim, so should be getting 10mbps generally. Mind you I live on the 2nd floor of a complex, so no obstructions, AND only 250m from the nearest tower. So how is this even possible??!! I have complained with support a few times, but no assistance has been given. I just keep getting emails that says "move your devise for better signal".
