Worst service, unpaid refund

Worst service ever 🤬 I got a new account and cancelled the one I had 3 months ago. To my suprise they deducted money from May till now , for the same account that was cancelled. I called to alert them about it and all I got was my money will be refunded within 7 days . I was given a reference number to be assured of the payment. I have been calling and calling all I get is excuses and incompetence. Rain I need my money.
