Worst Service received no mail or contacts

Worst Ever service. No one hbas answered a query or call for this centre over 4 month no one bothers to answer the so called support emails. Our Webpage IP was blocked by their service provider I cannot open my webpage or do any work on it using rain data. The only time it works is when I use another SP. Terrible Experience.
