Worst service providers. Billing client for a service they fail to provide adequately

The 5G is not working. Worked for 2 weeks then stopped tried calling to get assistance but didn't get anything. The whole month of April I was without wifi, I work from. Tried canceling that didn't go through... got billed that month. Still tried canceling yesterday. I see on my app that I'm scheduled to be billed again on the 1st of june. What ambi billed for if the wifi and router aren't working. They need to Stop billing my account 😤. The worst company ever.
